Warranties & Returns Policy

Warranties

• Product Guarantee: All Chiuvana Jewelry products are guaranteed free of defects. If there's an issue, return for credit or replacement. Warranty valid for 3 months on manufacturer defects under normal wear.
• Ring Sizing: We offer ring resizing within 1 month of purchase for a nominal fee. Eternity rings cannot be resized.
• Stone Replacement: Missing stones (diamonds or gemstones) will be replaced free within 3 months, excluding stones of 0.12 carats or larger.
• Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover wear and tear, water damage, misuse, or items damaged outside of manufacturing defects.

Returns

• 30-Day Returns: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and undamaged. Special orders are non-refundable.
• Loose Diamonds: 3-day return policy for loose diamonds.
• Refunds: Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
